Counter-balance order
As explained in our
forum announcement, we have produced small plastic parts to improve the tipping top balance. There is one or a couple of pieces that you will have to glue at the back of the bottom part. We will provide a YouTube video to show you how to proceed. In the meantime, you can see photos in this
forum post.
If you already have your Touch Book, you are invited to fill out this form to order your counter-balance,
free of charge, which will be shipped later this month. Please provide your order # (it should be like #ZABCD), make sure you use the same email address you used when you placed your order, and provide your shipping address.
